Vanderbilt University School of Nursing seeks third party comments for CCNE accreditation
The Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, and Post-Master’s Certificate programs at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing will be reviewed for re-accreditation November 4-6, 2020, by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). As a part of that evaluation and accreditation process, we are notifying our major constituents that written and signed third-party comments on the nursing programs will be accepted by CCNE until October 14, 2020 (21 days before accreditation review). The Master's, Post-Master’s Certificate and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
Vanderbilt School of Nursing was a charter member of the Association of Collegiate Schools of Nursing, which later was incorporated into the National League for Nursing (NLN).
The nurse-midwifery program is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Midwifery Education (ACME).
