Vanderbilt University School of Nursing views leadership practica as more than an educational requirement. These rich practica experiences are integral to your advanced nursing education and career preparedness. Securing a practice site and preceptor is a shared responsibility between student and faculty. Leadereship practica are arranged in the student’s home area, often in the student’s own organization provided a suitable preceptor is available.
