Donna McArthur
M.S.N. 1977 - Distinguished Alumna and Faculty
Recognized for her leadership in nurse practitioner education and practice within diverse ambulatory settings in the United States and Middle East. She was Director of the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Vanderbilt School of Nursing and is the director of the newly launched Doctor of Nursing Practice program. Prior to coming to the School, she was a clinical professor and Director of the Doctor of Nursing Practice Program at the University of Arizona College of Nursing. In recent years, her practice has included older adults in community clinics settings, especially those with ALS. She currently serves on the ALS board.
