Jamie Brodie
MSN 1978 - Distinguished Alumnus and Faculty
Recognized for becoming the first non-physician Director of Health Services for the Department of Corrections for the State of Tennessee. He was responsible for the administration of nursing, medical and professional services for a statewide correctional system including ambulatory care services for 12 adult and five juvenile facilities as well as management of a 110-bed hospital/extended care facility. He developed and coordinated the Correctional Health Program and the Forensic Nursing Program during his faculty tenure.
