Terri Crutcher joined the Vanderbilt School of Nursing faculty in 2000. Before joining the faculty she held leadership roles in both inpatient and ambulatory clinical settings. She served as the clinical director for women's health and primary care services in Vanderbilt Nurse Managed practices and for the Tennessee Primary Care Association, an association of the federally qualified health centers in TN. She has served as a consultant in the field of clinical quality improvement for several years.

Academic Interests

Dr. Crutcher teaches in both the masters and doctoral programs at Vanderbilt. Her areas of expertise include leadership, quality improvement and patient centered medical homes in the primary care setting.
