Poster Presentation Opportunities

We invite submissions for poster presentations from professionals, educators, and students interested in sharing innovative work, research, and best practices. Poster presentations provide an opportunity to highlight emerging ideas, showcase outcomes, and engage with colleagues in meaningful discussion.

 

All individuals interested in presenting a poster must submit a completed application for review.

Science and Soul Poster Abstract Submission

We invite you to submit a Poster Abstract that celebrates and advances Watson Caring Science Theory.

Poster presentations should highlight the personal and/or professional integration of Caring Science Theory and reflect the conference theme.

Submission Guidelines

All individuals interested in presenting must complete and submit a Poster Abstract application for review.

Submission Deadline: July 1, 2026
Notification of Acceptance: August 1, 2026

Submissions will be evaluated based on their connection to the conference theme, clarity, and overall impact.

Submission Requirements

Please include the following in your application:

  • Submission Title
  • Type of Submission: Poster Abstract
  • CV/Resume (required)
  • Poster Abstract (300-word limit, excluding references)
    • Include the title at the top of the abstract
    • References should be submitted separately
    • Learning Objectives: Provide 1–2 objectives

Abstract Content Should Address:

  • Purpose, Background, and Significance: Briefly describe the “why” behind your work.
  • Process/Description: Summarize the design and implementation process that informed your poster.
  • Outcomes, Successes, and Challenges: Share key insights, lessons learned, and practical takeaways.

Selected presenters will receive additional guidance on poster format and presentation expectations.
