Matt Schroer DNP, PMHNP-BC

Bio

Matt Schroer is a clinical instructor in the PreSpecialty Level at VUSN for the psychiatric clinical rotations. He also teaches in the specialty level Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program.

He graduated with a Master's degree in counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2006. He earned his MSN from VUSN in 2008. He received his DNP from Maryville University in St. Louis.

He practices as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Centerstone seeing primarily children, adolescents and young adults with psychiatric disorders. He has precepted VUSN students since 2009.
