Bio

Dr. Arnow is an experienced, transformational, senior nurse executive with success in leading an accomplished nursing team with demonstrated excellence in clinical outcomes, personnel and financial performance for an acute care children's hospital. She is accomplished in defining clinical nursing practice, developing a care delivery model, and providing leadership in establishing and implementing short- and long-range organizational goals, strategic plans, policies and operating procedures. In addition to substantive executive nurse leadership in an acute care setting, Dr. Arnow is an Associate Professor of Nursing and Academic Program Director of Nursing and Health Care Leadership at Vanderbilt University School of Nursing with teaching experience in health care economics, finance, and leadership. Dr. Arnow is an alumna of the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellowship 2014-2017. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and was recently elected to be the Treasurer.
