You will treat individuals from infancy to adulthood with acute illnesses and chronic disease. Our Curriculum

Our approach integrates a foundation of nursing theory, research and evidence-based practice with course to develop skills in advanced health assessment, illness and disease management, health promotion, pathophysiology and pharmacology. You will learn a family-oriented approach that emphasizes health promotion and health maintenance. While faculty provide personalized attention and mentoring, this is an intensive specialty geared for highly-motivated, self-directed learners who are able to grasp a large amount of complex material in an abbreviated period of time.
