Reunion

Get Ready for a Reunion Weekend You Won’t Forget!

The fun kicks off on Thursday, Nov. 6, when we welcome you back for the Annual Quinq Luncheon with the Dean. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect with fellow alums, share some laughs, and celebrate our incredible 50th reunion class over a delicious meal. But that's just the start—later that evening, members of the Julia Hereford Society will gather at the Virgin Hotel for cocktails, conversation, and networking. Not yet a member? You can join the fun with a gift of $2,500 (or $1,000 for recent grads) and be part of something special! Join the Julia Hereford Society here.

Friday, Nov. 7 is packed with action! Begin the day at the Collaborative Academic Practice Symposium—“Equity in Action: Transforming Adult and Women’s Health Care”—and earn those CEUs while diving into some amazing discussions. After lunch, get ready to kick things up a notch at the Dean's Welcome Reception, followed by the excitement of the Awards Ceremony. Then, don’t miss the chance to check out the Sim Lab Expo and MIND Lab Demo—there’s plenty of cutting-edge innovation to explore!

The weekend wraps up on Saturday with the ultimate VUSN Tailgate co-hosted by VUSN's Grad Council and Alumni Board—the perfect way to soak in the excitement and energy before the Homecoming Game. Whether you're a die-hard fan or just in it for the good vibes, this is an event you won't want to miss!

Give Back

Reunion is a time to celebrate, reminisce and connect with fellow alumni. When you participate in Reunion giving, you’re adding to the legacy of generations of Vanderbilt School of Nursing alumni. Gifts of all sizes help ensure that today’s students are able to continue pushing the VUSN status to greater heights.

You can designate your Reunion gift to any area of VUSN. For Reunion 2025, a gift or multi-year pledge made to any area of VUSN during the Reunion timeframe of 7/1/2024 – 12/31/2025 will count towards our VUSN Reunion Goals. For our Quinqs and Classes of 1975, 1980, 1985, 1990, 1995, planned gifts also count.

For other ways to give back to VUSN including planned gifts, stocks and securities, and electronic bank drafts visit the Giving page.

VUSN has a Reunion goal of 225 donors and $400,000. We only need 77 donors and $2,190.10 to reach our goal! Please click here or the button below to make a gift in honor of Reunion.

Current Giving

Thank you for your generous support of VUSN! We recognize donors of $2,500 (or $1,000 for Vanderbilt graduates of the last decade) or more with membership in the Julia Hereford Society. You will also be invited to our annual JHS celebration event during Reunion Weekend! Learn more about JHS here!

Volunteer

Volunteers are integral to the success of Reunion. You know best how to rally your classmates to return to campus and how to ask them to join you in supporting VUSN. Volunteers are the front line in communications with Nursing alumni, and your personal connection makes a big difference. With your help, alumni will Come Back and Give Back. Thank you to all our VUSN Reunion volunteers for their leadership! If you are interested in joining your class’s Reunion volunteer committee, please email Anja Fairholm, Assistant Director of Annual Giving and Stewardship at anja.fairholm@vanderbilt.edu and Betsey Usher, Senior Director, Alumni Relations at betsey.usher@vanderbilt.edu.
