Verification of Vanderbilt Account

Instructions on how to claim your VUNet and e-password will be sent to your personal email address from the University Registrar’s Office. The sender’s address will be  NoReply@vanderbilt.edu. This email should be received within 10 business days from the time your pay your deposit. 

You will also claim your Vanderbilt email in Outlook during this process. To verify your Vanderbilt account, which will let you log into your New Students onboarding site, please log into https://outlook.com with your Vanderbilt email address. Please note that it may be a day or two after you have claimed your VUnetID before you can log into your new student site.

Q: I haven’t gotten my email to claim my VUNetID yet? Please help!

A: Please wait at least 3 business days after you’ve paid your deposit before you can expect to receive it. If it’s been more than 10 days, check your spam and junk mail folders.
