*Students are counted as part-time if they started the program as a part-time student.

**On-time graduation is defined as graduation at or before the intended semester as planned when beginning the program.  Students may go from full-time to part-time for personal (e.g. pregnancy, family needs, work constraints) or academic reasons. Some of our students complete training for the Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialty and certification after they complete their midwifery training.  We are counting ‘graduation’ as completion of our midwifery program as this means the individual has completed all requirements for an MSN degree.  We count ‘on-time’ graduation as completing this program in the appropriate lengths of time for the part-time or full-time course of study.  The actual date of graduation on the student transcript may be later than the date we use as a result of completing the FNP program.

***Graduation rate is defined as graduation from the midwifery program. Students not completing the midwifery program may change their plan of study and complete an MSN in another specialty.
