The purpose of this article is to explain how to create a survey in the Brightspace learning environment.

Create a Survey

Step 1

Navigate to the Survey tool

1. Click Assessments in the navbar
2. Click Surveys

Step 2

Click New Survey

Step 3

Setup the survey

1. Enter a Name
2. Select whether or not to make results anonymous
3. Click Add/Edit Questions

Step 4

Add questions

1. Click New to create a new question (or click Import to add questions from the Question Library)
2. When you’re finished adding questions, click Done Editing Questions

Step 5

Activate survey

1. Click Restrictions
2. Select Active

Click Save and Close
