The purpose of this article is to explain how to add questions to a quiz in the Brightspace learning environment.

Question Library

Step 1

From the Manage Quizzes page, click New Quiz

Step 2

Set up the quiz

1. Enter a name for the quiz
2. Click Add/Edit Questions

Step 3

Click Import

Step 4

Import questions from Question Library

1. Import Source: From an Existing Collection
2. Under Source Selection, click Question Library
3. Under Source Section, choose the section where the questions you want to import are located.  If you are not using sections or want to choose questions from multiple sections, select Collection Root
4. Select the sections and/or questions that you want to add to the quiz.
5. When finished, click Save

Click Done Editing Questions

Step 6

Follow steps 1-5 from Question Library, but change sources to the following

1. Import Source: From an Existing Collection
2. Under Source Selection, select the name of the existing quiz you want to add from
3. Under Source Section, choose the section where the questions you want to import are located.  If you are not using sections or want to choose questions from multiple sections, select Collection Root
4. Select the sections and/or questions that you want to add to the quiz.
5. When finished, click Save
